Really great product, can't wait to use a new colour when we can actually go out to a festival (Lol), the pink takes really nicely to blonde hair.
The Drop It colours are amazing, really really good customer service too!
I was really happy finding such cool glitter for festivals etc so I ordered a lot and because I live in Germany I had to pay a lot for shipping aswell. When I received my parcel there was one item missing. I straight away contacted customer service and asked them to send it to me (I did pay for the item and its shipping). I got a refund and afterwards the answer that the item wasn't available anymore. I looked on the page and the item was still available. I contacted customer service again and told them that I'd rather have the item which on the website still was available. Then I just got the answer that I already got a refund (which I never asked for). Pretty poor experience. Haven't tried the items yet, but won't order there again.
Had the drop it kit for my birthday and it was amazing!
Amazing! I am in love with nearly all the SHRINE products from the gems, glitters and hair dyes! The drops it are now my go to for a lockdown make over. Always so much fun mixing your own colours. Can't wait to try more.
No parcel received. No response when I have tried to contact - not even an automated reply. Very disappointing. I will seek a refund if I ever hear anything from them.
I bought drop it drops in aqua. I washed my hair and followed instructions meticulously, it didn't do anything, not even to my grey hairs. Don't waste your time and money with this.
As its lockdown my hairdresser recommended this product... I was nervous at 1st.
I'm naturally very dark haired and I have blonde hightlights. I purchased the champagne box and added the drops to my conditioner and put it in my hair.. I was super amazed and very impressed on the end result... Would definitely recommend this product ????

I ordered a Christmas present at the request of my sister about a week prior to the 25th with next day delivery. I wasn’t overly concerned when it hadn’t arrived on time due to the ongoing postal delays, though when I looked Hermes were reporting that they’d not even received the parcel. I chased via email and social media with screenshots of The status from Hermes.
It took ages for a reply, and then when I did get a response and replied they never followed up. I had to chase them, repeatedly. They sent a replacement 3 days prior to Xmas, again with next day delivery. This still didn’t arrive and on investigation DHL were advising they also hadn’t received the initial parcel, again I sent screenshots.
More chasing continued from there via social media and email. I could also see on social media other people were having issues. Communication was a huge issue, it took a while to get replies and then when I replied to them there was no follow up without me chasing.
The item arrived 3 weeks late from my initial purchase. As if the whole experience wasn’t bad enough, when I opened the parcel the boxes were ripped in the corners and the items were loose. I had to put the boxes together and check all the items were there myself. This is supposed to be an Xmas present and the boxes look awful and trashy.
The only positive is that I did order a mystery package in addition as a surprise to the recipient and the items do equate to more than the cost of the mystery package. Though some of the gems on the face designs have fallen off in their packaging, the overall items appear quite nice and so I think two stars is justified.
Overall, I would not buy again from this company ever. I really advise everyone to think twice before they purchase. I definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything in December. They didn’t honour their postage offer of next day and didn’t refund the postage despite not meeting their obligation. I am so disappointed that it looks like the products where mistreated before being wrapped and shipped and the communication was terrible. Smaller businesses have provided a lot better service that what I received from Shrine, in fact Shrine have been the only company I have had an issue with despite ordering from over 40 small businesses and several large ones in November and December 2020.
It was very apparent that there was more of a focus on posting multiple times a day on social media than actually prioritising customers.
